Cycle Tracks

We were asked to record the construction progress made on parts of a cycling network masterplan that improves mobility and accessibility through the development of a sustainable, safe, high-speed and modern bike infrastructure. We were monitoring tracks that ran from urban areas, through busy residential zones and on to interconnected tracks in rural areas.

Scope of Work

We were tasked with monitoring all aspects of construction of these segregated tracks. This includes large-scale infrastructure elements such as bridges and underpasses and a full range of landscaping features such as lighting, fencing and signage. In addition, we provided videography services including cyclists to highlight the client’s work across the network.

Outcome

The resulting documentation and video edits gave a clear insight into the conditions and progress of the development, and allowed the client to evaluate the project status as it moved towards the handover.
