Recycling Plant Inventory

We were engaged by a leading waste treatment, processing, and recycling company to perform a comprehensive inventory survey of an active concrete recycling and crushing plant. The aim of the assignment was to provide accurate, up-to-date measurements of all on-site material stocks to support operational planning and reporting.

Our scope covered:

• Surveying and documenting the current inventory of raw concrete material, processed aggregates, steel residuals, and final base-material products
• Capturing the entire site using aerial imaging and drone-based photogrammetry
• Processing the data and performing volumetric calculations within Autodesk Civil 3D
• Delivering precise quantity reports to support production monitoring, resource management, and commercial planning

The resulting dataset and reports provided the client with a reliable understanding of their material positions, enabling informed decision-making for recycling operations and continuous inventory control.
